Welcome to Quikacct!
We aim for accuracy and transparency in our accounting practices and how our service operates.
If anything remains unclear or if you have a question not covered here, please reach out, and we'll gladly provide the answers you need.

Our accounting and corporate secretarial services are based on an annual/quarterly/monthly subscription model with clear pricing mechanism benchmarking your sales level that adjusts with your business activity level, expenditure levels and specific business needs, such as connected financial platforms, invoices, and payment tracking. We price our services in local currency reflecting the country's market pricing.


After evaluating various models, we determined that revenue closely reflect business complexity while also offering the advantage of straightforward calculation. We understand that some business might have high revenue with lower business activity due to to its business model and thus to identify the most suitable Quikacct plan for your business, we also consider the number of financial institutions, transactions, and hours of support. 


These services are not included by default but can be added to any plan. Please speak with your account representative for specifics. 


We cater to a diverse range of clients of all sizes across numerous sectors. We specialize in collaborating with enterprise/sole proprietor to companies (Sdn Bhd/Pte Ltd)  growing technology startups, e-commerce businesses, professional service firms, non-profit organizations, and more.  


 

Quikacct conducts all its bookkeeping using cloud platforms like Xero/Bukku for several key advantages:


  • Simplified Financial Reporting: Xero/Bukku are widely recognized and used by many accountants and tax professionals in Malaysia and Singapore. This widespread familiarity ensures a smooth collaboration with any of your business partner, giving you flexibility and ease in managing your annual compliance.
     
  • Common Platform for Professionals: Beyond tax preparers, a broad range of financial experts – including auditors, financial advisors, and investors – are accustomed to working with data from Xero/Bukku. This industry acceptance provides you with greater freedom and compatibility when making important financial decisions for your business.
     
  • Robust Data Mobility: Using Xero/Bukku means your financial data is not tied down. Should you ever decide to transition from Quikacct, your complete financial history remains readily accessible to you in a universally compatible and immediately usable format, ensuring you're never locked in.


Yes, we can facilitate the transition of your financial records. As part of the migration, we could make manual entries from your previous system to Xero/Bukku (for both the balance sheet and the profit and loss statement) dating back to the beginning of the year.
